We provide powder coating of metal structures and cutting of aluminium and steel as subcontracting services for industrial customers.

Powder coating

Our modern powder coating unit operates in an environmentally responsible way. We do not use phosphating; instead, the pre-treatment process applies a high-quality nanoparticle coating.

All pre-treatment chemicals we use (Ridoline 1574, Ridosol 2000, Bonderlite NT) are completely non-toxic. The process consists of five stages: washing → rinsing (tank) → rinsing (spray) → conversion treatment → fresh-water rinse.

The maximum part size for our curing oven is 4500 × 300 × 3000 mm (L × W × H).

Machining centre services

We provide precision cutting using our modern Elumatec SBZ 122 machining centre. It is suitable for processing profile-shaped aluminium and steel components. The maximum material dimensions are 230 × 220 × 6800 mm.
